Applicant must submit their current passport.

NOTE: If applicant does not poses a current passport, applicant must apply for new passport or apply for replacing a lost or stolen passport.

Applicant must submit two (2) identical passport photographs. These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos, CVS or similar locations.

NOTE: If applicant is delivering documents to our office personally, passport photos can be taken on-site.

Applicant must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing departure from the U.S.

Applicant must submit a "Letter of Authorization" which allows BPS to submit the application to the US State Dept.

The US State Dept charges $170 for an expedited passport renewal.

This fee may be made by personal check made payable to the US State Dept. or may be combined with your service fee payment to BPS.

Applicant must submit one completed passport renewal application form (DS-82). Application must be filled out online via US State Dept web site then printed from the web site once completed.

Applicant MUST sign and date the application.
