Entry/Exit Requirements
"A passport and visa are required. A visa may be obtained in
advance at a Zambian Embassy or Consulate or at the port of entry.
All Americans, except resident diplomats, must pay an airport departure
tax which is collected in U.S. dollars. Airlines include this tax
in the cost of the ticket. However, passengers will need to verify
that this tax has been paid at the airport.
Travelers transiting through South Africa should ensure that they
have at least two blank (unstamped) visa pages in their passports.
South African immigration authorities routinely turn away visitors
who do not have enough blank visa pages in their passports. Zambian
Immigration officials insist visitors carry the original or a certified
copy of their passport and their immigration permit at all times."

Visa Requirements
1.1
Current Passport
Applicant must submit their current passport.
NOTE: Passport must have at least
one blank visa page. If you require passport services, select:
Applicant must submit two (2) identical passport
photographs. These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos,
CVS or similar locations.
NOTE: Applicant must sign back
side of photos.
NOTE: If applicant is delivering
documents to our office personally, passport photos can be
taken on-site.
1.3
Flight Itinerary
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S.
1.4
Health Requirement
Applicant may be requested to provide an International
Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever either as part
of the visa or entry process.
1.5
Business
Cover Letter (Business applicants
only)
Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter
from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration
and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the
example Business Cover Letter below.
