Entry/Exit Requirements
"A passport and visa are required. Travelers are encouraged
to obtain visas prior to arrival due to recent difficulties with
requesting them at the airport in Lomé or at some of the
land borders. Visas issued in Togo are limited to 7 days and can
take an hour or more to be issued. Travelers applying for visa extensions
can also experience significant delays. Vaccination against yellow
fever is required before entry. U.S. citizens should carry copies
of their U.S. passports and vaccination records with them at all
times while traveling in Togo so that, if questioned by local officials,
they have proof of identity, U.S. citizenship, and required vaccinations

Visa Requirements
1.1
Current Passport
Applicant must submit their current passport.
NOTE: Passport must have at least
one blank visa page. If you require passport services, select:
Applicant must submit three (3) identical passport
photographs. These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos,
CVS or similar locations.
NOTE: If applicant is delivering
documents to our office personally, passport photos can be
taken on-site.

Flight Itinerary
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S.
1.4
Health Requirement
Applicant must submit an International Certificate
of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
1.5
Business
Cover Letter (Business applicants
only)
Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter
from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration
and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the
example Business Cover Letter below.
