Visa Requirements
1.1
Current Passport
Applicant must submit their current passport.
NOTE: Passport must have at least
one blank visa page. If you require passport services, select:
Applicant must submit two (2) identical passport
photographs. These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos,
CVS or similar locations.
NOTE: If applicant is delivering
documents to our office personally, passport photos can be
taken on-site.
1.3
Flight Itinerary
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S.
1.4
Proof of Residency
Applicant must submit a clear photo copy of
their driver's license or stat issued ID. If applicant has
recently relocated and does not poses state ID from the state
in which they live, applicant must include an original utility
bill.
1.5
Invitation
Applicant must submit a letter of invitation
from the host company in Pakistan explaining the purpose of
the trip.
1.6
Business
Cover Letter (Business applicants
only)
Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter
from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration
and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the
example Business Cover Letter below.
