Entry/Exit Requirements
"A passport and valid visa are required to enter and exit Ethiopia.
Afghan entry visas are not available at Kabul International Airport.
American citizens who arrive without a visa are subject to confiscation
of their passport and face heavy fines and difficulties in retrieving
their passport and obtaining a visa, as well as possible deportation

Visa Requirements
1.1
Current Passport
Applicant must submit their current passport.
NOTE: Passport must have at least
one blank visa page. If you require passport services, select:
Applicant must submit one (1) passport photograph.
These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos, CVS or
similar locations.
NOTE: If applicant is delivering
documents to our office personally, passport photos can be
taken on-site.
1.3
Flight Itinerary
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S.
1.4
Business
Cover Letter (Business applicants
only)
Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter
from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration
and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the
example Business Cover Letter below.
