Applicant must submit two (2) identical passport photographs. These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos, CVS or similar locations.

NOTE: If applicant is delivering documents to our office personally, passport photos can be taken on-site.

Applicant must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing departure from the U.S.

Tourist must submit a letter from a travel agent stating the purpose of the trip is required to enter the Congo Republic.

Applicant must submit an International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the example Business Cover Letter below.
