Entry/Exit Requirements
"A valid passport, visa, evidence of yellow-fever vaccination
are required for entry into the country. Visas valid for seven days
are available at land borders and for 21 days at the airport; however,
both can be converted into visas of up to five years validity at
the Direction du Controle des Migrations, a government office in
central Ouagadougou." - US State Dept

Visa Requirements
1.1
Current Passport
Applicant must submit their current passport.
NOTE: Passport must have at least
one blank visa page. If you require passport services, select:
Applicant must submit two (2) identical passport
photographs. These may be obtained at many post offices, Kinkos,
CVS or similar locations.
NOTE: If applicant is delivering
documents to our office personally, passport photos can be
taken on-site.
1.3
Flight Itinerary
Applicant must submit a computer-generated
itinerary from a travel agency or online booking agency showing
departure from the U.S.
1.4
Business
Cover Letter (Business applicants
only)
Applicant must submit a Business Cover Letter
from a U.S. company indicating purpose of travel, duration
and moral and financial responsibilities. Please review the
example Business Cover Letter below.
An original copy of the International Certificate
of Vaccination for Yellow Fever must be submitted with your
application to obtain a visa to enter Benin.

Visa Application
Applicant must submit two (2) completed visa
applications.
